How to Reset Your Password

1. From the homepage (click the logo in the upper left corner), click "Forgot Your Password Click Here" on the bottom right of the login form.

2. Enter your username and email address (NOTE - this email address must match your primary email address in your club profile). If you forget your username, click here for instructions on how to retrieve it.

3. If successful the page will tell you that an email has been sent to your email address.

4. Find the password reset email in your inbox and click the link inside.

5. Enter your new password (NOTE - passwords must be at least 10 characters and contain at least one upper case letter, one lowercase letter and one number).

6. If successful the page will tell you your password has been changed. Click the link to return to the login page and log in using your new password.

 

How to Request Your Username

1. From the homepage (click the logo in the upper right corner), click "Forgot Your Password Click Here" on the bottom right of the login form.

2. Click "Forgot Username?"

3. Enter your member number and email address (NOTE - this email address must match your primary email address in your club profile).

4. If successful the page will tell you that an email has been sent to your email address.

5. Find the username reminder email in your inbox and look for your username within the email.
